Saltie is a startup app aimed at improving the cruise buying experience. Using a proprietary algorithm, Saltie aggregates tens of thousands of reviews to match you with your perfect cruise based on your preferences. Currently in the initial growth phase, I am assisting with creating social media campaigns, streamlining messaging, and optimizing the site with a focus on user experience and feedback. Throughout the startup process, I have been advising the user experience and design teams on the app appearance and user flow. I have been coordinating and assisting with in-depth user experience interviews and focus groups aimed at understanding consumer sentiment.

As a member of the Conversion Rate Optimization team, I work with clients to optimize their websites to improve overall user experience and increase conversions. Initially, due diligence is performed to identify visitor pain points through heat maps, session recordings, and user testing. This information is used to create personas, user journeys, and testing roadmaps. Additionally, an in-depth, holistic analysis of conversions is conducted to understand current visitor behavior. Once improvements are identified, A/B and multivariate tests are implemented to test hypotheses and website changes that will produce higher conversion rates resulting in increased leads and sales.

During my role as a Financial Representative, I focused on efficiently and accurately answering our client's questions while acknowledging and responding to their concerns. As part of the Enterprise Team, I worked directly with Strategic, Media, and Corporate clients. They use this data to report on current events and trends in the apartment and student housing market. During my role as a Market Research Analyst I sourced high quality data directly from the target market as well as online sources. I also organized the raw data and coded it into a propriety database to be analyzed and reported on.
