As part of the Global IO Psychology Team, I lead on IO psychology work for clients which includes scoping and sales support as well as delivery. I am also the subject matter expert for marketing, sales and other departments with regards to specialist IO-psychology related queries. Alongside delivery, I’m also improving processes to align with best practices and changes in the field.

Example solutions include Situational Judgement Tests (SJTs), Realistic Job Previews (RJPs), Talent Analytics, Custom Reports, Talent Audit, bespoke ability tests and validation studies using business information and metrics to demonstrate the value of our assessment solutions.

Leading the central Custom Solutions team at SHL to cover maternity leave.

Managing a central team of consultants to support and deliver bespoke solutions for our UK and global clients. These solutions include Situational Judgement Tests (text or media based) Custom Reports, Talent Analytics(TM) and studies to measure the value that our solutions give to clients.

Managing a global project looking at how TalentLens can meet global customer demands. Developing and implementing strategies to move the business forward. Looking at all functional areas - product / service development and delivery, sales and marketing as well as internal administration - at both the local and global levels.

Talent Assessment Consultant within the TalentLens team at Pearson Assessment. Managed product development projects and maintenance work on ability, personality and situational judgement tests. Also supported clients, supported the sales team and contributed to business development. Delivered Level A & B training courses as BPS Assessor for both of these. Also mentored and managed intern students.

Product Design Consultant within the Science and Innovation team, designing new off-the-shelf assessment tools for talent management as well as bespoke instruments for clients. Responsible for: personality instrument localisations; validation studies and training on the Dependability and Safety Instrument; instrument reviews and relaunch of Dependability & Safety Instrument; situational judgement tests (or Talent Screener); verbal ability test design; project management; programme management for the whole team.

Employed part-time whilst completing my full-time masters course. Worked alongside occupational psychologists, ergonomists and product designers to complete consultancy projects in the transport sector. Researched the effect of human error on CCTV monitoring, the influence of new technology on job performance and the effect of new-style ticket gates at London Underground stations on the behaviour of staff and passengers.
