• Working within an Assistant Brand Manager capacity to develop and implement brand led initiatives, contributing to an increase in sales volume and Jameson market share in Sweden.• Assisting the Brand Manager in creating and implementing the annual brand plan & budget.• Budget management for initiatives in film, bartender advocacy, influencer marketing, whiskey fairs, on-trade activations and POS development.• Compiling in-depth monthly reports tracking competitor insights and trends, brand performance and activation evaluations.Achievements to Date:• Key project manager alongside our events agency in implementing our Stockholm Film Festival sponsorship at 27 Jameson events over 13 days. Resulted in a total of 150K festival goers, 5,890 total servings (+47% vs. 2014), and 45,000 newsletter reach. +8% sell out MAT. +1% MS in Irish segment.• Strengthened bartender loyalty and brand advocacy through planning and executing 11 bartender activations over 6 months, including 5 cocktail competitions and 3 Smooth Bartender Clubs.• Contributed to a positive +8.5% sales growth in the Swedish market for FY16.

Year 2 | Canada:• Responsible for ordering and developing Jameson POS in market.• Acted as an authority on local market dynamics; responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating all promotional activity and experiential brand events e.g. influencer marketing, Jameson First Shot, Jameson Bartenders Ball, cocktail competitions.Achievements:• Secured and managed Jameson sponsorship of the 7 day Calgary Underground Film Festival among other arts, lifestyle and music partnerships e.g. Sled Island Music Festival.• Developed and implemented a national Bartender Advocacy plan – The Barrelman Bar Program – which was recognized with a ‘Jemmie’ Award by IDL for Best Bartender Activation.• Contributed to a strong +28% sales growth of Jameson in Alberta (vs. 2014), and +23% in Canada.Year 1 | USA:• Covered a territory of 5 states in the Mid-West & East Coast (predominantly field based).• Worked closely in the on trade and with the sales team as an Irish whiskey expert in market. Responsible for recruiting new consumers and building loyalty through education and events.Achievements:• Conducted 153 bartender trainings and 85 consumer samplings, reaching a total of 4,240 target consumers, in addition to supporting 8 Jameson Bartender Balls, driving advocacy among 4,356 influential bartenders (all tracked through monthly reporting).

• Worked in a fast paced and dynamic environment on a range of leading consumer brands including John Frieda, Sudocrem, Molson Canadian, Nandos, Puma and more.• Monitored media for client coverage, planned social media content, coordinated press releases, conducted market research for current/ prospective clients & participated in brainstorming sessions.

ESN is a non-profit international student organisation. I acted as a key team player on the committee throughout my final year of study, with responsibility for leading all events and communication.• Ensured social & practical integration of 100 international students, ensuring high levels of communication and student satisfaction.• Organized & implemented logistics of ESN events and overnight trips on a local & national level.• Facilitated two-way communication between committee members and students in answering any queries and arranging events.
