Robokids brings the world of STEM education programs through robotics workshops for Australian schools. They implement a cross curricula, problem solving approach to integrating the Digital Technologies, Science and Maths syllabuses, developing critical thinking, creativity, curiosity and resilience. As the Director of a Robokids franchise, I developed and implemented tailored robotics programs for primary, middle, and high school students based on their curriculum and coding experience. I taught students how to build and code robots, and introduced core coding concepts through block coding for primary school children and Java or Python for middle and high school students. In addition, I conducted professional development sessions for teachers and managed the overall operations of the business. Through my experience, I have developed a passion for teaching and empowering students to develop skills in robotics and coding. I am highly skilled in designing innovative programs that engage and inspire students to pursue STEM careers.Key Achievements: • Led the successful delivery of robotics workshops to over 10,000 students across Australia.

UNIS Hanoi is a not-for-profit coeducational English-language day school enrolling students from early years (3-year-olds) through to grade 12. The school follows the ideals and principles of the United Nations in action every day. As a Teacher/Extension & Enrichment Think Tank Member at the United Nations International School in Hanoi, Vietnam, from August 2015 to June 2017, I had the opportunity to contribute to the development of programs and opportunities for high-achieving students. Working as a core member of the extension and enrichment think tank team, I was responsible for designing and facilitating professional development sessions to help colleagues implement innovative technology tools for content exploration, conceptual understanding, and skill-building. In addition, I had the opportunity to lead a community service project aimed at enabling primary school students to print and assemble prosthetic arms for physically disabled individuals in Hanoi. This project was a truly humbling experience, and provided me with a unique perspective on the role of education in creating positive change in the community.Key Achievements: 
• Co-created and developed a unique service-learning project, "Unlimbited Possibilities," where primary school students printed and assembled prosthetic devices for physically disabled individuals in Hanoi. (‘Unlimbited Possibilities’ (Pages 34-37)) 
• Co-created and facilitated UNIS' first Maker Day, which was a resounding success, providing students with an opportunity to showcase their creativity and problem-solving skills. ('Maker Day Makes its Mark' (Pages 12-13))

The American School of Bombay is a coeducational, progressive, independent day school in Mumbai, India that serves children from pre-k through to grade 12. As a Teacher and R&D Team Member at the American School of Bombay, I had the opportunity to make a significant impact on education. I was responsible for developing and leading professional development sessions for teachers on incorporating STEM-related activities into their classrooms, as well as designing and facilitating professional development sessions for teachers on the Design Thinking process. During my time in this role, I helped to empower teachers with the knowledge and skills necessary to create engaging, student-centred learning experiences that fostered critical thinking and problem-solving. I was able to work closely with a talented team of educators and researchers, collaborating to develop innovative solutions that would benefit our students and the larger educational community.Key Achievements: • Spearheaded the design and pilot of Google's 20% time project, resulting in the development of students' information fluency skills. 
• Successfully worked with ASB's R&D team to identify innovative approaches to teaching and learning, resulting in the successful implementation of a program allowing grade two students to spend 20% of their time pursuing their interests.

Newport Lakes Primary School is a coeducational primary school, serving years P-6.As a Teacher/E-Learning Leader at Newport Lakes Primary School from January 2010 to July 2012, I had the privilege of contributing to the school's dynamic learning environment. My key achievements in this role include successfully managing the school's Learning Management System (LMS), which greatly enhanced the overall learning experience for both teachers and students. Additionally, I spearheaded a whole-school professional development program on website development, which resulted in increased engagement from both students and parents. 
During my time at Newport Lakes Primary School, I was passionate about incorporating technology into the classroom and making learning more accessible and engaging for students. Through my work with the LMS and website development program, I was able to help facilitate this vision and make a positive impact on the school community.
