Graduate of Appalachian State University with undergraduate degrees in Biology and Chemistry. I am a motivated and passionate scientist, I enjoy working with children, and I am seeking exciting opportunities related to the same. Working in labs throughout high school and college, volunteering as a lab teaching assistant, and serving as the Appalachian Chemical Society's President, I have realized that my skills and future career reside with science. Additionally, with over eight years of experience coaching / working directly with children, I have gained the ability to quickly adapt to changes, to stay curious, and to genuinely appreciate the adventure of life. I believe that the skills I have attained from my previous work experience and my time at university have equipped me for the next adventure in my own life. I am eager to implement my abilities and develop new skills in any future opportunities.
