As the Alumni Communications Manager, I am an integral member of a two-person team responsible for the development and management of comprehensive alumni engagement strategies for an alumni base of 17,000. I help inform and connect Dominican's Alumni to build greater alumni interest in and loyalty to the university. I collaborate closely with the Dominican Marketing and Communications departments as well as with other constituencies (including students, administrators, faculty, vendors, etc.) to ensure that effective alumni communications are achieved. I also organize and advise multiple student groups to foster relationships with alumni. I am responsible for the alumni website, email marketing, events and donations through iModules software.

As the Advancement Services Specialist, I am responsible for performing all gift processing and acknowledgement functions and for maintaining donor records. I also provide administrative support for the Advancement Department of the Division of Advancement and Alumni Engagement.

Alongside my reception duties of greeting guests and answering phone calls, I was responsible for gift processing, AP data entry, ordering office supplies, calendar management, event coordination for staff volunteer projects and outings. I received two awards in Customer Service and Innovation.

Responsible for all aspects of customer service and in-flight safety, ensuring that security and safety regulations are followed while making flights comfortable and enjoyable for passengers. Successful completion of four weeks of training in a wide range of safety and emergency procedures involving evacuations, fire fighting, crash landings, and severe turbulence. Responsibilities included serving meals, snacks, and beverages during the flight and administering first aid when needed.
