My deep passion lies in creating a better working world for humanity. I co-founded WNDYR to channel this impact. I serve as the executive chairman of the board. Our vision for WNDYR is to become a global organization that impacts work through various mechanisms and channels. I serve as a board director for The Limitless Space Institute: an organization focused on enabling an interplanetary species. I serve as an advisor to Loop, a company whose technology is currently focused on managing compliance in the higher ed and financial sectors. The underlying technology that powers Loop brings to fruition my very early work in the world of work, where I was one of a few individuals who worked tirelessly to enable organizations to move away from email, as their primary working method, and to embrace the collaboration tools we see ingrained into company’s working technology stacks today. My focus at present lies in a somewhat unusual space: farming. I am focusing my time on understanding the sectors of work that impact national security and the survivability of nations. My work in WNDYR and Loop were at the micro level. This now moves to the macro level. I am also working with a very talented group of volunteers to build Dusk Observatories: an organization on a mission to bring the vast beauty of space to students and teachers around the world. Ultimately work can only be changed one human at a time when the future workforce is given the gift of thinking beyond the present moment.
