• Deeply and accurately understand the business and the staffing needs, and implement the staffing plan to select and recruit qualified candidates • Data analysis, accelerate candidate pool• Recruiting activities including need analysis, CV screening, Cold Call, telephone interview, face to face interview, write recommendation letters for the candidates• Arrange interview between candidates and clients, give some advice about interview skill to the candidates, coordinate the relations between candidates and clients, and follow up the result.• Responsible for the salary negotiation between clients and candidates, assist client to draft offer letter, responsible for the on board date for the candidates, follow up the payment• Lead the assistants to accomplish multiple tasks• Good relationship with clients, and take initiative to develop new clients.• Awarded “Top Sales”
