• Help the team members in the recruiting cycle, including understanding job, setting target companies, choosing sourcing channel, driving interview progress, package negotiation, etc.
• Build up and coach the team, and share the successful cases and experiences during some HR salons
• Develop and maintain the key accounts

• Deeply and accurately understand the business and the staffing needs, and implement the staffing plan to select and recruit qualified candidates
• Data analysis, accelerate candidate pool
• Recruiting activities including need analysis, CV screening, Cold Call, telephone interview, face to face interview, write recommendation letters for the candidates
• Arrange interview between candidates and clients, give some advice about interview skill to the candidates, coordinate the relations between candidates and clients, and follow up the result.
• Responsible for the salary negotiation between clients and candidates, assist client to draft offer letter, responsible for the on board date for the candidates, follow up the payment
• Lead the assistants to accomplish multiple tasks
