• Redesigning the regression analysis Excel database used to set fee scales (the Commission’s main income source c.£120m) to make it flexible for changes required, calculating the scale fee formulas from input values;
• Developing the approach to analysing, interpreting and reporting on audit fees. Created MS Excel monitoring tool for fee returns to simplify fee returns process for auditors which received positive feedback;
• Built Excel models and databases for fee and scenario analysis used by the Commission’s Management Team and Board to assist their strategic decision making;
