With over 18 years’ recruitment experience, I specialise in delivering expert recruitment solutions within the Housing & Property Services and Estates & Facilities sectors. I joined the business to set up the division where we quickly established ourselves over various different regions and now, eight years on, we have nationwide scope.I have developed a reputation as someone who always provides the best solutions to meet my clients and candidates’ needs, based on a strong understanding and empathy of the challenges they face within their role, organisation and industry. I am passionate about contributing to social value by helping clients to develop career skills within their communities. This includes providing workshops and attending different events to deliver training and support. Recently, we have focused on interview tips, CV writing, and overall career development. These initiatives are designed to empower individuals, enhance their employability, and support their career growth. My team and I work with housing associations, local authorities and charities across the country, as well as with higher education and NHS clients. We offer solutions for permanent, contract and temporary needs, and provide more than just a recruitment service but a partnership that adds value to their companies or careers. As an Associate Director, I have a lot more responsibility from a strategic perspective across the wider business and am heavily involved with the tendering process to help win new business. In addition to my role, I’m also a trained Mental Health First Aider and offer support to individuals to help them with their personal and professional successes.
