CragRats Ltd, an award winning company, delivered learning and communication programmes in business and education. A Sunday Times Top 100 Member, CragRats was also the outright winner of 2007 Management Today Customer Service Excellence Award for the 2nd time.My duties at CragRats included the specific responsibility for Sales and Marketing, with its team of 15, and overall responsibility for the running of the business, as one of 4 board members.My clients at CragRats included both the public and private sector and the development and management of a £2.5M contract with the Learning and Skills Council. I was proud to work with ASDA, Virgin Money, Lloyds TSB, The Audit Commission, Connexions and MACE.
