I run operations and education for the Positive Psychology Guild, a UK-registered government learning provider and not-for-profit organisation. I also research movement psychology and have recently started a PhD at Moray House, University of Edinburgh (Oct.24-). Before moving into psychology, I worked in the humanitarian sector for 16 years where my roles covered media, communications, operations, protection, and project coordination. During the last 4 of these years, I ran an executive coaching practice for non-profit and government organisations and individuals on communications and performance.
