I head up the Real Estate team of the Central England office of HCR Hewitsons. I specialise in Strategic Land and Residential Development work serving clients from our eleven offices.I have particular expertise in dealing with site acquisitions and disposals, conditional contracts, options, joint venture, promotion, collaboration and infrastructure agreements. I also have extensive experience in the preparation, negotiation and completion of both private and gap funding agreements and deal with all aspects of property funding documentation.I act for a range of client types including private landowners, developers, local authorities and charities.We offer a 'cradle to grave' service for our developer clients acting for them from the point of acquisition of a site right through to dealing with the plot disposals and with everything in between including planning and construction advice.
