My role here included Property Sourcing, Conversion Projects (HMOs - Houses of Multiple Occupation) Tenant Management and Serviced Accommodation Management

After returning from maternity leave, I re-joined the ERA Team providing all front line support to our network of 150 Franchisees. With over 10 years in the business, my experiance covered all aspects from training our franchise partners, supporting them through the journey of self employment and a sound understanding of our business offering.

This role included the implementation of a system change from Lotus Notes 7 to Micosoft CRM Dynamics. My primary focus during this time was supporting users in the switch over, delivering training and creating training material. I also had the opportunity to learn skills within data migration and data mapping.
