Currently Company Owner and Director of Quay HR Solutions Limited, I am responsible for all aspects of the business including administering organisational activities, setting business strategies, maintaining the professional corporate reputation of the business, managing Company budgets and strategically growing the business. A fully qualified and experienced HR Consultant, I have worked within the HR profession in a variety of roles in the public, private and third sectors. As an HR Consultant, I have helped a number of organisations achieve enhanced business success through effective people management.I hold a first degree in Sociology with Human Resource Management (HRM) and a Masters degree in HRM, I am a fully qualified professional member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Chartered FCIPD) and a Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management (MInstLM).Initially employed by John Lewis Partnership, I held a number of HR roles at the London Head Office including working as a Pay Research Manager and a Researcher in Personnel Policy. I have operated at a senior HR level in generalist and specialist roles in the areas of: Employee Resourcing for a public sector organisation, Employee Relations for a large retailer, as an HR generalist for a manufacturing firm, a Pay and Reward / Employment Policy specialist and Lead HR Officer at two local Councils and an HR Executive for a not-for-profit company. I work in partnership with clients taking a pragmatic approach and building business relationships based upon the premises of mutual trust, honesty and respect. By fully understanding the businesses I support, I am able to deliver maximum value and the best possible service for clients.I combine my academic knowledge with my skills and experience as an HR practitioner in order to deliver effective HR solutions to organisations, enabling them to achieve their goals through their people.
