Led a variety of programs linked to educator effectiveness including the coordination and development of guidance documents and training programs for use in the implementation of the Candidate Assessment for Performance in educator preparation programs, as well as the Massachusetts Educator Evaluation Framework. Facilitated large-scale evaluator trainings for teacher educators across the state designed to build a shared understanding of effective, standards-aligned teaching and learning. Led the management and development of video libraries, online calibration training tools, student and staff feedback instruments, and evaluation rubrics for teachers and students in MA schools; facilitated ESE's Principal Advisory Cabinet; provided policy analyses and practical implementation recommendations based on district and stakeholder feedback to SEA leadership; developed and implemented communication strategies regarding district implementation, including webinars, forums and meetings with stakeholder groups; and coordinate research and management of RTTT initiatives and policies on educator effectiveness.
