Director, Office Of Educator Effectiveness
CurrentAs the Director of DESE's Office of Educator Effectiveness, responsible for Massachusetts state policy, research, and resource development in support of educator preparation, supervision and evaluation, induction and mentoring, and professional learning. Oversees a 12-person team of policy coordinators, analysts, and specialists, and serves as a senior leader in DESE's Center for Instructional Support.
