I build capabilities of comms officers across divisions, mentoring them in managing media relations and structuring comms plan. I also spearheaded and drove media and social media efforts in campaigns, as well as provided advice to other divisions to ensure alignment to PA's key messages. In addition, I worked with the team to structure a crisis.

I lead external communicate efforts for the organisation, through channels such as digital platforms (website and social media) and our printed newsletter, which acts as an informative and engaging tool to share on the happenings within the South East district.
