Cast Solutions has been using SafetyCulture (iAuditor) since 2013 in conjunction with our enterprise analytics tool. We became a SafetyCulture integration partner in 2021 and we are delighted that SafetyInsights is an approved SafetyCulture integration, which can be accessed through SafetyCulture and/or directly through our website (safetyinsights.au) . The response has been exciting as new clients sign up for actionable insights around trending behaviour, performance and operational management and reporting. We continue to expand the platform to meet emerging client needs. Being part of this journey has been invigorating and rewarding for myself and the team.

ESGInsights was developed in response to our clients emerging needs to measure, manage and reduce their carbon emissions. " Sustainable impact made easy ". Our enterprise solution integrates into clients existing technologies and data, rather than creating a separate parallel activity of collection and management. ESGInsights is tailored to empower organisations to not only comply with new regulations but to also drive their sustainability initiatives forward. We provide a robust framework for data collection, input, and analysis, this tool helps businesses measure, manage, and reduce their environmental impact effectively. We ensure you retrofit, reuse and leverage existing data and technologies as a core principle. We work with large corporations, medium enterprises and SMEs to implement a fit for purpose across all aspects of ESG (Environmental - Social - Governance).

Tenix Alliance (Downer Utilities) was going through a significant growth. My role was to lead the development of a new strategic roadmap, business development and growth. Responsible for all pre-contract activities, tenders and strategic partnerships. Sectors: Water, gas distribution, electricity distribution and transmission and telecommunications service provision.

Own consultancy business with European and Australian clients seeking international expansion. We provided support to Symex (Australian IPO); Materna Gmbh (German telco solution provider), and a UK maintenance software service provision. Sectors: Chemicals, telecommunications and asset management

Europe: Unichema (Chemical Division Of Unilever, Acquired By Ici)

Unichema was one of four business to business divisions focused on specialty and commodity products for industrial, chemical, personal care and pharmaceutical sectors. Global business with 3,200 employees, a turnover of $1.6 billion and 20 manufacturing sites worldwide. ICI acquired the business mid-1998. I was on the Management Development pathway with a new role annually. First expatriate from Asia Pacific transfer to Head-Office. European and global sales, strategic marketing and business leadership. Sectors: Oleo-chemical products for food, personal care, industrial sectors

Asia Pacific: Unichema

Managed a new product development and sales team responsible for new product and solution sales into Asia Pacific. Technical support to the local sales team, agents and target accounts. Developed and launched a patented product range into Asia Pacific and Australian markets.

Responsible for new product development including laboratory testing, pilot plan scale-up and transfer to full-scale production; technical support for manufacturing plants; and technical sales support of key accounts. Secured ongoing sales of enhanced products for paper sizing and corrugated cardboard clients, displacing the long-term incumbent supplier and solution.
