I have worked both as a Consultant and my current role with Jobwise is a Resourcer. In my Consultant role I did a 360 degree recruitment role, where I made outbound calls to clients, attended client visits, won both temporary and permanent business. Matched temporary and permanent role with the most suitable candidates. My main role was managing and letting properties on behalf of clients. This involved meeting clients to value their homes to rent, negotiation rental charges, attending accompanied viewings with potential clients. Signing up new tenancy agreements, credit checks, taking deposits and advanced rents. Co-ordinating repairs and booking monthly inspections or regulatory service checks. I was responsible for chasing of any unpaid rent.In addition to the above I would inspect properties when candidates left to ensure that there were no damages or cleaning required in order to return their deposits.

As my duties for JP Brimelow. One of my main responsibilities in this role was chasing outstanding rent arrears, serving notices, writs and also attending Court Hearings both County and also Arbitration. On occasion I would have to accompany Bailiff's to remove goods from tenants homes. My Director also was heavily involved in other business interests so I often would deal with other legal paperwork and claims as required.
