• Analyzed the in vivo efficacy of super-porous hydrogel (developed at Drexel University) with controlled and sustained release of growth factors in supporting cartilage tissue engineering via subcutaneous implantation.
• Full characterization of hydrogel-cartilage explants were performed after two and five weeks including compressive modulus, biochemical analysis, histology, immunohistochemistry, and real-time and quantitative PCR.

• Researched and developed biodegradable polymer suture formulations for applications in shoulder and knee surgeries.
