I produced a suite of documents and policies which were implemented across the business to return our staff and operatives to work in a phased manner, in line with Government guidance and our business priorities.mKTP Partnership with University of the West of Scotland (UWS) 2021 - 2023 I was the designated Company Supervisor on this 2 year project to develop and implement a business wide strategy. I worked closely on a day to day basis with our Associate, and was the main point of contact for the Academic Team based at UWS.

- Overall responsibility for planning and implementation of site-specific marketing activity for developments across Scotland- Lead generation planning, execution and analysis, working in conjunction with our media agency to achieve best results on quarterly campaigns- Planning & execution of CRM campaigns, both online and offline, using internal database tools- Working with PR consultant to plan and execute quarterly PR campaigns- Identify key USPs on a site by site basis and develop creative and messaging to suit- Lead 'difficult site reviews' as required to identify challenges and develop a strategy to address them and re-invigorate sales leads. - Act as regional digital marketing champion - adopting responsibility from the Group Digital Marketing team for online activities including web page updates and social media posts. Ensuring best practice is adhered to by all colleagues in the team. - Attending regular site visits and marketing meetings with the sales team to inform campaign decisions.- Developing relationships with key suppliers including media, creative and PR agencies, signage contractor and mailing house. - Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to monitor budgets and adjust campaign spend as appropriate.- Support and mentor junior members of marketing team.
