Cannes Lions - organisation, build & event management- dentsu beach house• Responsible for overall management, budgeting and execution of build and activation of the dentsu beach house: Cannes Lions Advertising Festival, the dentsu signature external calendar event. The beach house is a bespoke build designed to deliver the full experience of dentsu for all stakeholders. • Established and led event steering group. Overall lead on production & scheduling. Development & management of content sessions. Liaison and leadership of multi local teams on the ground. An environment that necessitated decisions to be made promptly and confidently.• Management of registration process. Key stats: hosting of 1400 visitors to the beach house, 250 meetings with clients & partners.Production & event management/oversight dentsu global senior leaders meetings • Management and organisation of all production elements working with internal and external tech teams to deliver a seamless & valued delegate experience. • Speaker sessions development content. • Worked across visual design and creation of video content. Additionally led on industry specific events curation: Dmexco, Adweek, WEF, Davos.Internal awards curation & case studies – dentsu global Innovation awards Internal awards curation & case studies – dentsu global Innovation awards • Managing, driving and executing the annual global internal awards program. Overall responsibility for establishing categories and criteria, entry processes, judging stages and design and execution of awards ceremonies. • Driving of engagement amongst 40,000 colleagues. Established a constantly evolving rich portfolio of case studies for global access and learning.• Deep understanding of the industry awards landscape and recognition of what makes great work.
