CurrentWorking with a number of clients and projects including:Home to School Transport Service May 2021-Sept 2022 >Service Lead on deployment of Transport Management Systems in one of the UK's largest SEN Home to School Transport services. Set up and management of governance structure as part of rescoping existing delivery, included completion of a full Gateway and Technical Review against functional and non functional requirements. Working with key operational stakeholders, internal IT colleagues and external supplier to mitigate risks impacting critical path.NHS Digital and Health Intelligence, Jan-April 2021>Short turnaround support for introduction of Digital Transformation Board. Set up of governance structure to inform performance and financial monitoring for externally funding awarded digital projects. Deployment Lead, Utilities >Working across a number of digital transformation projects, with ownership for stakeholder engagement across the business, operational teams, internal and external suppliers. Responsible for executive reporting, risk management, MS Project Plans underpinned by facilitation of daily stand up sessions and milestone management utilising MS Teams Planner and based on SCRUM and Kanban practices. >Deployments include Win10 and Intune Migration, upgrade of secure mobile infrastructure, implementation of Follow-Me Print Solutions, planning delivery and training of Microsoft Surface Hub collaborative working facilities. Set up of Project Office including securing physical office space, establishing governance structure programme controls and reporting tools for SAP Infrastructure Upgrade Programme.
