• Leading the launch of the new civic leadership program, Leadership Institute of NCW, acting as site coordinator and primary liaison between class participants, Civic Design Team, facilitators, National Parent Leadership Institute, and developing the local Alumni Association.• Manage the Nonprofit Practices Institute (NPI) to offer professional development, leadership skills, and networking opportunities for nonprofit staff and board members in North Central Washington. • Facilitates Foundation's community grantmaking programs: Regional Impact Grant, Endowment, Helping Hands, Methow Valley Fund, NCW Foundation for Youth, Waterville Community Fund, Wenatchee High School Foundation, Woods Family Music & Arts, Confluence Health & Wenatchee Valley Medical Group Community Partnership Fund.• Manages Nonprofit Practices Institute (NPI) in partnership with the Icicle Fund to offer professional development opportunities for nonprofit staff and board members in North Central Washington.• Teaches "Board 101" class to help clarify (and demystify!) board service for new and prospective board members: intro to nonprofit sector, board roles and responsibilities, reading financials, fundraising basics, and board meeting tips.

• Oversaw total annual expenditures of $1 million across all budgets. Planned, expended, and monitored the Head Start, Colorado Preschool Program, and Child Care budgets.• Managed grant writing and reporting for federal and state grants and private foundations.• Acted as a member of the Preschool Management team to develop and implement goals, systems, and services across preschool programs.• Conducted annual Community Assessment process. Ensured program design reflected community needs and met all state and federal guidelines.• Represented the Center on the Rocky Mountain Early Childhood Council.

• Managed volunteer onboarding process for 1,400+ volunteers at three shelter locations. Taught a 5-hour core training class twice monthly (animal welfare issues, safe animal handling, transmission of disease).• Managed the Community Service Program for short-term volunteer opportunities (~600 volunteer hours each month).• Organized ongoing education and training classes for volunteers (monthly guest speakers presenting on various animal welfare issues).

• Managed home revitalization projects for top sponsor groups and new sponsor groups. Worked closely with clients (low income families, veterans, seniors, people with disabilities) throughout process. • Coordinated outreach and advocacy efforts; presenting to community leaders, potential program applicants, and other social service organizations.• Supervised RTS interns and AmeriCorps member. • Presented at the 2013 Rebuilding Together Region 11 Meeting on "Program Goals & Evaluation Metrics."• Development: Facilitated Marketing Committee; conducted all grant writing; assisted with annual fundraiser, annual giving campaign, donor communications.
