With over 20 years experience working in professional services, I now head up the firm's digital team with ultimate responsibility for our CRM database (InterAction), the firm websites, our email marketing communications and social media.I played a key role in the selection and implementation of InterAction as the firm's CRM database back in 2003. Since then I have been involved in the development and enhancement of the product including upgrades and integrations with other firm systems such as Outlook and client matter inception workflows. I continuously work to try improve our use of the system and to sell the benefits of it across the firm. I work closely with our suppliers and our IT team to get any issues with the system resolved.I project managed the development of the firm's current and previous websites, working alongside the firm's web agencies to make this all happen and coordinating content from across all areas of the firm. I continue to oversee its development.I have managed the design and build of the firm's new email templates and work with people across the firm to develop and implement individual campaigns and with our external suppliers to improve deliverability.I work alongside colleagues in Marketing and members of our Business Transformation Team to get the most from the firm's existing applications and to consider and bring in new solutions to drive forward the way in which technology can be used to assist us in all our day to day processes.I have responsibility for enhancing the firm's use of social media in line with our social media strategy and will be working hard to drive further successes in this area going forward.I have an in depth knowledge of the following specialist systems: InterAction, Tikit eMarketing Solution, Fellsoft AlertsPlus and FeedWatch Manager and Concep Send.My other areas of speciality include SEO, data protection and the provision of analytics for business planning.

Day-to-day administration of a Novell network, including creation of new user accounts, resource monitoring, system backup and archive functions.End-user support for WordPerfect, Windows and network printing issues.Training of users at a remote site in network protocol, WordPerfect and email.Project-based tasks, including planning and implementation of the London Office Local Area Network and introduction of a disaster recovery policy.Liaison with IT support company and software Help Desk staff in the event of hardware/software failure.Responsibility for updating the bespoke business system, including the creation of new case records, accurate and timely upkeep of client and associate contact details, purchase ledger input and invoicing.Responsibility for securing provisional protection and validation of European patents, forwarding of standard letters, patent and trade mark certificates to the client and other general correspondence as required. Sorting and prioritising all incoming mail, entering official due dates and assigning mail to the appropriate fee earner.
