Responsible for the successful leadership and management of the two signature programs of the Attention Homes: The Source, the Runaway and Homeless Youth (RHY) Program, (it provides overnight Emergency Shelter, Day Drop-In and Street Outreach to homeless youth) and Chase House, the Adolescent Residential Care (RES) program (it provides a safe, structured home-like setting for at-risk youth, ages 12-17). I have responsibility for ensuring that high quality services are provided to all youth served through these programs. This includes program operations and management, hiring, training and supervising staff and volunteers, financial management, representing the organization in the community at large and to donors and maintaining the stellar reputation of the organization by managing these programs in a manner consistent with the organization’s mission, values and the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors.
