What started as a small business has grown into multiple businesses with very different services. As the office manager, I lead, train and mentor all inside employees who are responsible for billing, order entry, phone sales, collections and scheduling. I also oversee all accounting functions to include month-end and year-end journal entries and reporting, AR and AP activities along with coding all banking and credit card statements. Additional roles include HR duties such as hiring, interviewing, disciplinary discussions, weekly payroll, insurance and benefit program management for employees and creation of policies and procedures in an ISO style format. Sales and marketing aspects have included collateral materials creation, content writing, trade show planning and attendance and follow-up. I am a very hands on person and excel at keeping calm and cool under pressure. To say I wear many hats is an understatement, and I thoroughly enjoy it.

I was a National Accounts manager of several large multi-locational, multi-national customers. I am responsible for the management of their Packaging programs. IPS Packaging is an innovative company who are always on the cutting edge of technology for supporting our customers.

Fraenkische USA is a manufacturer of plastic tubing for use in the automotive and industrial industries. The North American headquarters is located in Anderson, SC with another NA location located in Silao, Guanajuato, Mexico.

I was responsible for the day to day management of our Secure Data services with Wachovia bank (prior to the merger with Wells Fargo). At that time, Wachovia had over 4200 locations. I managed the services of secured data collections, placement of new containers, process improvements, monthly reporting, corporate and bank location site visits, quarterly management vendor meetings and participation in vendor days. In addition, I would attend and exhibit and share our company's services at Wachovia vendor day meetings.

Kennametal purchased Carmet and I continued to travel and sell carbide cutting tools within a seven state territory in the southeast. I also traveled to Bentonville, Arkansas to help set up the Customer Service center and add the existing Carmet customer base into the new operating system, after the acquisition by Kennametal.

I had a seven state sales territory with customers who ranged from furniture manufacturers to imitation diamond producers. I was responsible for working with our existing customer base and also finding new opportunities for customers to purchase our carbide cutting tools.

While at Piemonte foods, I was responsible for innovative of bringing our pizza crusts and kits to the fundraising market. I created new selling materials, set up an interactive website, attended and exhibited at shows throughout the US, developed new packing techniques and worked to continuously improve our offerings to the marketplace.
