I am a partner in Real Estate at Temple Bright. I have expertise in a broad spectrum of commercial real estate work including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work (acting for both landlords and tenants) and property investment transactions. I have experience acting for some of the country’s most prominent companies including FTSE 100 and banks, leading high street retailers, hotel chains and gymnasiums, as well as start-up companies and property investors. I have worked at Addleshaw Goddard and more recently, in a boutique property firm in London and a leading regional practice before joining Temple Bright in 2015. I am a Japanese speaker having attained an LL.B in Law and Japanese, before completing an LL.M masters in Law at University College London.
