About Claire Bond

I am a human rights and development professional with 5 years of experience working across multiple sectors and geographies, particularly in Southeast Asia and Africa. My work has primarily focused on business and human rights, human rights due diligence and impact assessment, risk assessment, women's and youth empowerment, and economic and social development. My work centres co-creation with programme and research participants, participatory approaches to design and implementation, capacity building, and institutional learning. My work across a range of international environments and sectors has taught me to quickly adjust to new contexts, situations, and any elements of roles with which I may be unfamiliar. My primary responsibilities across roles have included the development of proposals and bids, researching and creating field tools and field plans, deploying and managing consultants, writing client reports, and designing and implementing recommended interventions and trainings for clients and donors.I am passionate about business and human rights, impact assessment, gender and development, economic development, educational programming, and post-conflict development.
