As Brand Manager my responsibilities are to oversee our Brands journey with AU Life International. • Pre engagement: Educate Brands on insights to the China market and the process of 'selling to China'. Give Brands the information and advice to ascertain if this export market fits their strategy. Manage expectation on the process and 'what to expect' in the early stages.• On boarding: Ensure all information and documents are collected from Brand and liaise with marketing, finance and operations departments to ensure project is on time. Keep Brand informed of progress and next steps.• Support during campaigns: Work across all departments to ensure desired outcomes are reached. Analyse sales data and cross with marketing performance for monthly report and Consult with brand on strategy and adjust where necessary.• Ongoing growth consultation with Brands: China is a fast paced market which is in constant change. Keep Brand up to date on new initiatives and trends in consumer habits to stay above the curve. • Ensure all other operational tasks such as budgets, invoicing, accounts receivable and stock ordering is maintained.• Build relationships with internal and external steak holders such as councils, industry groups and government agencies to ensure the AU Life Brand remains engaged within the export markets.Lead a multicultural team across two continents with one vision: Deliver the best outcomes for our Brands with a 360 degree approach to sales and marketing.
