• Served as the primary liaison for 10 of the gallery's 37 artists: helped articulate conceptual basis of their works for press releases and other written materials; provided exhibition assistance for museum presentations; maintained organization of their physical inventory and database records in ArtBase; kept track of donations of their work and their auction results; developed sales strategies that resulted in purchases by institutions and private collections• Worked at art fairs including Art Basel, Art Basel Miami Beach, Frieze London, Frieze New York, The ADAA Art Show, and Art Rio as one of the directors in charge of sales• Represented the gallery at exhibition openings, benefit dinners, and awards ceremonies for gallery artists locally in New York and around the world • Coordinated gallery artists' participation as national representatives for the 2013 Venice Biennale: cultivated donors to support their projects, assisted with the associated catalogs and publications, promoted the work for museum and private collection acquisition• Managed budgets and timeline for large-scale, permanent public installations
