Completed CIPFA Level 7 cert in School Financial and Operational Leadership. Currently studying CIPD Level 7 in strategic people management.

Joined the school as an administrator and then promoted to assistant business manager supporting all administration functions including HR and recruitment. A background in IT helped facilitate the introduction of a number of automated and technology based administration processes including a management information system in the classroom, electronic diary and dinners systems and the collection of various types of data to be used for analysis and inform school improvement. Studying on the CSBM strengthened my knowledge and I was able to introduce a number of systems that promoted safeguarding of students, administration systems efficiency and financial savings.

Technical support for the Metropolitan Police Crime Reporting Information System. Trouble shooting, diagnosing and problem solving a range of hardware and software or system faults. Running reports, systems checks and back ups.

Joined Customer Service team and within 6 months was promoted to Team Leader. Managed a team of 12 customer service agents in an extremely busy contact centre. Responsible for ensuring call handling and correspondence targets/response times were met. Dealing with escalated customer calls and complaints. Performance management of team members. Team briefings to ensure team members are familiar and up to date with products and company promotions. Delivering staff training and creating service centre training manual.
