Claire is currently a Business Manager for the Public Sector Solutions (PSS) business unit at Serco. Within her role she serves in a Chief of Staff capacity to the Vice President of the Business Unit to carry out the mission of "Impacting a Better Future" to federal civilian customers. Within PSS she supports $287 million in yearly revenue, and over 1500 employees. Prior to this role, she was a STEP Rotational Fellow at Serco, an executive leadership program that gives early career professionals the opportunity to work across the company. Within her two years as a STEP fellow, she has worked in three different roles, she first served as a Manpower and Process Improvement Analyst for an $800M contact for CMS. Within this role she proposed and executed a reconfiguration of the existing Workforce Management Team, directly resulting in an increase of $100,000 to the bottom line. She then transitioned to a Project Administrator reporting directly to the Vice President of the System Integration and Instillation Business Unit, a business unit serving DOD customers. Within this role she deployed and standardized a Program Management Review Process. In her last rotation she worked as a Financial Analyst on the Ontario Employment Services program, and supported the Citizen Services Division at Serco, with a $500+ million yearly revenue. Throughout her time at Serco, she has also worked on multiple business development undertakings and served on the due diligence team for a potential acquisition. Prior to her time at Serco, Claire graduated Summa Cum Laude from Wagner College with a dual major in Economics and Business Administration. During her time at Wagner she was a NCAA Division 1 Field Hockey Player, Economics Peer Tutor, Residential Assistant and Student Government Vice President.
