About Claire Read, Phd

Helping teams unravel the secrets that often underlie and affect the team culture is my job as a systemic coach|consultant. I focus on integrating teams, both internally and externally, into the greater organizational system. As a mental fitness specialist, I help individuals and teams learn to quickly recover from negative to positive response. Negative mental patterns often get expressed in our team environments and they are contagious. Team members may often be anxious, lacking in cohesion and in understanding of and commitment to their shared purpose. I know how to make your systems and your teams so much more resonant and your people be so much more collaborative and engaged. Mental fitness is a skill that can be learned.
