My job is all about multitasking. I manage the production of direct mail & online fundraising. I am with a project from start to finish and keep everyone on schedule. I know how to make deadlines while achieving a quality product. On a daily basis I am working on over 15 projects while keeping everything running smoothly. My tasks range from coordinating with clients for approvals, editing art and copy, scheduling projects, proofing, filling out production forms, invoicing & reconciling costs, donor segmentation, preparing stat reports, assisting in budgeting, training, and moderating client meetings.It is a blessing to work with such great clients and be able to help their cause.
