My job is all about multitasking. I manage the production of direct mail & online fundraising. I am with a project from start to finish and keep everyone on schedule. I know how to make deadlines while achieving a quality product. On a daily basis I am working on over 15 projects while keeping everything running smoothly. My tasks range from coordinating.

Works on the overall production for direct mail programs of nonprofit organizations- including budgeting, editing art and copy, production forms, scheduling, reconciling costs, donor segmentation, and working directly with clients.

Created flyers, brochures, labels, and wall displays for events.Produced Microsoft Excel reports for research projects of students evaluations of business events throughout the year. Routine office duties, running errands on campus, answering phone with professionals.
