HSV provides supply chain services to deliver benefits for Victoria’s 75 public Health Services (HS). Manage HSV’s data integrity, cleanse, and report on HS data to manage pricing schedules in 14 contracts.Business/Data Analysis & Reporting: Document business requirements, processes, guidelines, and matrices to improve efficiency. After analysis recommended Category Managers add uncontracted spend worth a total $3.2m p.a. and identified contract overspends saving > $1.1m. Identified ways to improve sales data from suppliers and PS and created 4 business cases. Created 9 new PS for Greenfields projects and existing contracts. Created Troubleshooting Guide for 400 suppliers and Helpdesk to improve sales data quality.Process Improvement & Change Management: On Cross-Functional Continuous Improvement Team reviewing 100 change initiatives. Supporting organisational change transition from HPV to HSV and new Distribution Centre. Worked on strategic Covid Emergency Food Services Project with 12 HS to map capacity for cooked chilled food. Led initiative to rebrand/reformat all 40 Pricing Schedules (PS) from to HSV and created guidelines. Over 7 years led change initiatives that improved data quality by 23%, increased data cleansing output by 76%, cut cleansing backlog by 94% and supported creation of the Benefits Reporting Dashboard.Managing Relationships, Training & Events: Work with internal/external stakeholders to manage and resolve pricing schedule changes.  Make recommendations to provide Procurement with checklists/macros to simplify changes made by BIDA.  By training suppliers to improve sales reports, cut catering contract cleansing time by 40%, improved data quality, cut supplier report error rates to <10% on a third of suppliers. On Health & Wellbeing Committee managed 22 all staff events over 2 years. Trained and mentored 3 new starters in BIT in systems, processes, and requirements.

Cleansed/analysed Supplier Master data for Agresso systems upgrade project. Analysed, aligned, mapped, updated, troubleshooting and cleansed all AU client Supplier Master Data. Analysed and cleansed Supplier articles for AU & OA Clients and categorised all OA Suppliers. Prepared for load all procurement data for Agresso system upgrade, over 20,000 changes.
