I advise employers of all sizes across a range of sectors on strategic planning involving staff, implementing best practice and procedure. I also undertake contentious work, which involves defending employment claims in the employment tribunal. I also provide training to companies and HR Consultants on all aspects of employment law. My ethos is to give clear and practical advice/guidance to enable employers to make the right decisions for their business.Many of my clients are HR Consultants who require additional support in the advice they give to their clients and I can offer a retainer service, which provides for unlimited telephone and email advice on the majority of matters for a fixed monthly sum.I also act for individuals who have employment issues at work or wish to bring a claim against their employer in the employment tribunal. Much of the work I do for individuals is for local council clerks via their union.I also undertake pro bono work and assist the Citizens Advice Bureau with an employment advice clinic.
