As part of the START team, I work closely with my manager to onboard new employees to be fully immersed in the work and energy of our company and help them get comfortable in their roles of helping our company function as smoothly as it can. I analyze data for our Ops and Demand teams as well as prepare surveys to be sent out to thousands of our professionals on our app.

As a hostess I was able to develop my skills in multitasking, communicating, collaborating, leadership, and responsibility in maintaining a consistent and safe workplace during the current pandemic.
