During a scientific conference in Dusseldorf, I was able to position SGS brand as the key testing service provider within the biologic analytical drug development market by engaging the audience on the social media through a gamification process at a networking event. Outcome: touched 200 participants, 100 qualified contacts, increase of 3.5% the followers of the showcase page, received a 92% rate of satisfaction survey on this networking experience.

After an analysis of the few existing team workspaces on Intranet for Life Science business line, I proposed a rationalized system and implemented an efficient workspace on intranet (SharePoint). The different teams were then able to better communicate, seek and find the right information utilizing one platform.

On my own initiative, I had the opportunity to organize from A to Z a conference in Dubai to promote our services to potential partners and patients. 30 well-selected participants attended this function and various promising partnerships could be finalized.

My strong negotiation skills as well as my public relations skills allowed us to get the support of major sponsors for the organization of the Swiss Summer Festival. For our raffle, we were offered Prizes for a total value exceeding CHF. 60’000. --, one jeweler donating 4 branded watches for a total value of CHF. 21’000. --

Pre-Opening & Opening of the Executive Floor, I organized and planned the standard procedures of this floor and finalized special services that were not provided by other competitors in Abu Dhabi. Thanks to the focus given to a personalized service, the Club Rotana has rapidly grown to become the most popular executive floor in Abu Dhabi.
