Managed and provided complete financial management services for four PFI projects. Role included transactional processing, accounts preparation, stakeholder relationships, detailed interpretation of complex financial models and presentation to board members.Highlights and Achievements:Was a trouble shooter and rectified the PFI projects which were encountering issues. In one instance successfully gained external board approval for a financial model rebuild, which was of considerable benefit to the PFI project. Then went on to have a pivotal role in the financial model rebuild, gaining invaluable experience.Given autonomy to design and implement systems and controls when one of Semperian’s key suppliers went into administration and Semperian took over the provision of the services. I brought the project to a successful conclusion.
