I do a variety of jobs as a general Climbing Wall Instructor, teaching structured children's classes for 3-5, 6-9, and 10-13 year olds with age-appropriate games and an emphasis on climbing progression and group cohesion. I belay train and certify community members ages 14 and up in three-week progressive courses, I co-lead the wall's Climbing Club, and I re-started the Teen Climb Time post-COVID, which provides local underprivileged teens the opportunity to rock climb for free. I use any free time I get at the wall to organize the gear room, perform general cleaning and upkeep duties, and set routes.
