- Provided routine HR advice on all day to day employment issues for the Central and Healthcare Business, comprising of 16 locations and approx 400 employees (field based)- Dealt with all the recruitment needs and employee relations issues of the region including redundancies, TUPE, gross misconduct, maternity leave issues- Succession planned and trained needs identification- Provided guidance for business restructures- Coached and supported line managers with all aspects of HR- Pro-actively managed short and long term absences to reduce cost to the business
