I have a strong business consulting background, am a fully certified Mailchimp Pro Partner ranked in the top 10 globally, and have a strong working knowledge of a large number of cms/websites, CRMs, apps etc. I’ve worked with organisations of all shapes and sizes across the world to provide troubleshooting, training, audits, integrations, template design, strategy and automations. I have a very wide range of experience, knowledge and skills gained over 20+ years of advising and running businesses.I was also part of Mailchimp's global Customer Advisory Board 2023. And quoted on the wall in an exhibition about email at the British Design Museum (London) as part of "what the experts say"!

Over the course of 13 years I developed and ran MIB Network, a friendly and inspiring independent business networking membership community for mums in business in Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks. This involved organising, chairing and speaking at a wide range of monthly events from networking, workshops, training, socials, activities and speed-networking. Developing a website, membership platform and mailing list, running a Facebook community, event promotion, and recruiting and nurturing members. The business was sold to Ali Tait at the end of December 2022.
