I am an experienced IT Analyst and Administrative Support Professional, with extensive expertise of working successfully to deliver the highest standards of delivery in the most optimal manner possible. I also have very strong IT skills including Excel, vlookups, filters, inserting charts and pivot tables as well as a good working knowledge of Visio, MS Project and all other Microsoft Office Programmes. I have completed a VBA Intermediate course for Excel 2003, and Access 2003 as well as an Access 2010 course (Intermediate and Advanced). I have a natural aptitude for IT and data manipulation.As you might expect, I am very highly organised with a keen attention to detail that ensures all tasks entrusted to me are invariably completed on time and to full specification. This general aptitude is supported by my strong technical management skills: I am always working hard to find new and innovative ways of enhancing delivery standards and have succeeded in securing major efficiencies on several key projects. I also pride myself on being able to work quickly and effectively in appraising all of the potential issues and problems that might affect any aspect of the business platform as they arise, getting to understand them as best I can and working to find a solution without causing undue delay.Working very well as I do with teams of people of varying sizes, I obviously also greatly enjoy the collaborative process: getting everyone to move as effectively as possible towards the desired objective.
