Provided temporary assistance for companies in need of administrative support with; data entry, updating spread sheets, incoming/ outgoing calls and reception of visitors. Placements included:National Association of Private and Special Education Center (NAPSEC) -coordination for congressional conferences; which required contact with senators and congressman to solicit their participation in meetings held by NAPSEC to get them involved in supporting special education. FOX News – private assistant for Britt Hume; coordinated travel arrangements, managed weekly schedule, advised Britt Hume of upcoming events and scheduled appearances, responded to requests regarding availability.The Lautenberg -condominium complex; concierge, responsible for overseeing more than 100 condominiums.

Provided security at the Security Exchange Commissions building, Embassy of Kuwait, Ambassador’s residence, Site supervisor at U.S. News and World Report building and a member of the Security response team. Successfully completed armed training, trained over 100 incoming personnel, supervised more than 15 officers, conducted quarterly performance counseling, updated security manuals and operating procedures, issued and tracked over 500 security badges, prepared weekly schedules, responded to emergency situations at over 15 sites, provided building access control, utilized Secure Scan to check bags and packages, monitored closed circuit television, and enforced security regulations.

Aggressively canvassed local areas for new prospects, assessed target market and implemented creative ways to advertise the US Marine Corps, completed over 200 enlistment packages, conducted background checks using Electronic Personal Security Questionnaire and Standard Form 86, worked independently conducting sales presentations and interviews of new candidates, exceeded sales goals, enlisting over 200 applicants, mentored and counseled new recruits to ensure an effective transition into the military for the service member and their family, coordinated programs with applicants and their families that included military members to assist with the familiarization process.
