I manage the development of a new visual identity to attract new members and reflect the interests of existing members, selecting and managing external agencies.I have launched a new website from sourcing suppliers to writing content and navigation.I write innovative newsletters, web pages and social media content. Lead responsibility for external communications and website as well as developing and producing an internal newsletter for the organisation.I manage the promotion of events, training and the flagship Annual National Convention event to ensure attendee and sponsorship targets are met.I carry out email and online campaigns for events, training and membership.I successfully manage simultaneous projects for design and products across the organisation.I have carried out member research to shape the events, training and communications at the IoF.

My role at the Society was a varied and challenging role combining membership communications, web support and events.Support and develop the Society's careers information service.I developed the Society's careers materials and website and identified events and promotional opportunities to attend. I answered all external enquiries about careers and produced promotional materials to market the service. I also enabled the local careers officers to share best practice through meetings and the web.Helped to manage and oversee the Branch and Regional network.England, Scotland and Wales is split in to 125 local Branches. I helped with Branch programmes and meetings and funding. I also organised large annual meetings within the Society as well as the annual conference. Local networks were a key function for members and an important part of RPSGB membership.Working with the British Pharmaceutical Students' AssociationI supported the BPSA with editing and writing content for their publications, organising meetings, and helped to maintain their relationship with the Society.Pharmacy 2020 projectThis project was a high level and strategic project. I was involved with facilitating the steering committee meetings and the launch and collation of the results of this nationwide consultation. This involved writing press releases and encouraging members to take part in the consultation through various channels.

I was involved in the Information Strategy project and, in a more formal capacity; I was the project support for the computer system upgrade.I also updated the web pages for the department to make them more accessible and relevant. I was responsible for compiling daily management information reports and producing minutes/actions for high-level meetings.
