In my previous role as Global Vice President of Sales for digital experience SaaS platform Arc XP, I was able to establish and grow a sales team to drive company growth from less than $250,000 to $50M+ Average Requiring Revenue. This was largely attributed to my role in signing the organization’s first enterprise customers, which included British Petroleum, the Golden State Warriors, Fox Sports, and Reuters. I am passionate about cultivating the next generation of sales talent, and immensely proud to have founded of the Center for Sales Leadership at DePaul University. This includes not only building the leadership team behind the program, but also serving as adjunct professor to more than 1,000 undergraduate and graduate students. I also established strategic funding partnerships with 3M, Kellogg, Target, Careerbuilder.com, and Pepsi to guarantee jobs for program graduates. I consider myself to be a servant leader who truly enjoys guiding my team towards achieving their sales goals, and believe in nurturing their ideas and infusing fun into their work. I also enjoy lending my expertise to companies in an advisory role, currently with The Cervantes Group and with Shurpa Health until its acquisition by United Healthcare.
