Charles LaPolla specializes in the areas of trademark law including domestic and foreign prosecution, opposition and cancellation proceedings, Internet and domain name disputes, trademark litigation and other intellectual property litigation. Mr. LaPolla also works in other intellectual property fields including copyrights, unfair competition, trade secrets and deceptive trade practices. He has lectured at conferences and seminars on subjects such as “Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Procedures for Advanced Practitioners” held by the International Trademark Association and “Monetary Relief in Trademark and Trade Dress Cases” held by the New York Intellectual Property Law Association and the Fordham University School of Law.
