Currently managing a group over 40 employees. The main responsibilities include: -Manage end to end process of recruitment and development of the Administrative Management Team and branch support staff-Manage branch administration, including branch facilities and overall cost management to enhance profitability-Oversee and approve new client accounts, errors, client correspondence and communications-Advise and manage HR-related issues in the branch-Ensure that all market/branch employees are educated and receive coaching on administrative policies,procedures and risk management-Implement service excellence standards that include coaching and educating Management and support staffon Client Experience best practices and suitability
