In my day job I'm part of Hymans' digital leadership focused on the maturity of our technical recruitment, digital learning, and career development for our technologists. Diversity of our people is really important to me so I'm always encouraging changes to our approach to people strategy so that we get as close to a natural demographic as we can. That's going to make everyone happier at work, and our products stronger for our clients.As part of a digital transformation programme, Hymans are currently expanding their software development teams and are recruiting for many skills including Quality Engineer, .net developers, F# model developer, R model developer, C# model developer, and more! To ensure our teams are as closely reflective of normal society as we can get them we regularly use returners programmes, have many entry level opportunities with training programmes, and go beyond regular agency routes to expand the talent pools we have access to.
